One thing for sure and that is we are going to get more news and hopefully the MT survey will reveal similarities with MP and hence catalyze the funding which will be independent of any war but may be more pertinent should a war cause attrition of high tech weaponry, as this will cause an escalation of demand for REE on the manufacturing side!!
