The US federal government and USGS seem fairly convinced that the MP and Colosseum tenements are part of the same geological structure.

Colosseum was never specifically targeted for REE because it wasn't a priority - now it is priority #1 and the US federal government is writing blank cheques to secure domestic supply. The US take risk, invest in chance, hence why they are the global superpower and why we still live in the 1970s.

Is it a guarantee? Absolutely not - but from everything I've read on the area, in addition to the absolute critical nature of these minerals to the US, it would be madness not to have a go. Better prospect, fundamentals and government support than any single stock on the ASX.

But for 5c, it's worth a punt - especially since they will be receiving significant funding from the US government, and is close to existing infrastructure, and imo, will never get an opportunity like this again.

such is the nature of a multi baggers, get in early to gamble on the prospect if you like the fundamentals.

Otherwise stick to 2% gain stocks like FMG if you want a sure thing.
