    Gold is a nice to have if the REE is proven - then having a dual asset mine will attract a huge premium - and potentially dwarf that of MP (provided the REE deposits are significant).

    however if the REEs are not proven, it's pretty much game over. No one is here for the gold, the hype has been over the potential for REE.

    The value will rerate to a mid size gold explorer, which will be at a significant discount to current valuation
