On it's face "johnny" a reasoned position to take - however the US Administration's singling out "Colosseum " nailing their colors to DTR/DTREF's mast .
As to DTR/DTREF i am on record through this Forum of questioning Kontrol on their on matters of transparency ...in the run up to the hype re moving from OTC Pink Sheet to Venture status ..nothing from SB about DTC and listing complexities et al - in the midst of photo-ops with Bergum , statements from Lee Zeldin EPA and en passant POTUS ...now crickets ...i suspect this is not negligence nor naiveity - but a well thought through choreography ..
I have a view as to precisely what possible contestable scenarios could unfold -
