Pete11 we are all human, some more than others!
My wife has a small parcel and she is great ,but knowing the price was down from 14c she wished to have sold then!! She is no trader just wanted a profit for shopping!!
She still is in profit and probably won’t sell without my advice as I too occasionally keep a tab on what’s happening on the ground!
I am holding to 20c whereby I will sell only 20% !!!

Another example to pick you up from the low:
GFC !!! No one was buying bank stock, financial advisers were scared.
An old man I knew , may he rest in peace, said to me ,
how big are your b…s ?
Kept on buying until I was nauseous with the market being so down, greatest amount I have made until now !!!
life is a roller coaster and you have to have the stomach for it and ideally get excited when fear sets in
