I was approached by a MD from another company penny stock the other day and invited to invest in them.
one of the questions I asked was how much ownership do you and the BOD have yourselves?
the answer was 6%
I replied - I don’t wish to invest in a stock that has a BOD that doesn’t have enough skin in the game-
DTR is well held so i guess buying more here makes more sense.
