OTC still doesn't have DTC so US retail is yet to buy into this news or any previous news and due to this brokers are yet to recommend it, so for now there is still only limited buying on OTC .
Once DTC is sorted and US retail can easily buy DTREF then the SP will really get going .
So good it was up last night but it's not a true reflection of what will happen once DTC is sorted and the buying power of US retail kicks in .
