In the US they can’t buy when they are in possession of non-public material information….. I think the MD, using common sense and public knowledge that everyone is aware of, wanted to get his buy in BEFORE he wouldn’t be legally allowed to. Having some basic data that isn’t conclusive wouldn’t qualify as that. But knowing what was said at the public congressional hearings today everyone should be buying. The US Government will be stockpiling billions of dollars worth of REE material. Writing is on the damn wall.
