At it's very core, I am confident that we will discover that DTR is a gold mine (albeit an excellent one after the new round of testing is complete) with REEs in abundance as a bonus PLUS an 80% stake in a nearby Strontium mine AND aggregate sales.
And the Americans want ownership back on their shores.
As I said, why would you be anywhere else?
