Funny, Nip. I actually know a guy that applied to be in that show. More survival skills than anyone I know. He once got shipwrecked in the tropics and had to survive for three months before he eventually managed walked out (quite the story in itself). In any case he didn't get a call back for the show. When we eventually watched it, we were both embarrassed and thought the majority of the chosen contestants were a joke. WTF were the producers thinking?
