agreed, on the first part, but we as shareholders need them, they do not need us, they need clan unification and political stability first colsely followed by good governance and policing, the guns grenades and RPG's need to be taken off the streets, then oil exploration and production which can occur safely, and this would then bring funds for infrastructure and employment.
