In the context of Range this mood we are seeing is benefial to the people of Puntland and Somalia. Farole has asked for assistance from the USA and this is a clear public response. If Puntland is to succeed and together with the TFG (as evidenced by this weeks talks between the two) they also need assistance from the USA and other nations.

This is just another building block in the revitalisation of the Horn of Africa.
