    I agree with you whole heartily, BUT what happens if two holes aren’t drilled by Jan 2110 ???????

    They have less than 5 months to secure a rig, transport it to Puntland, prepare the site and Spud not one but two holes. Quite an ambitious task for any company would you not say!
