Don't be surprised if AOC get an extension with conditions attached. In all fairness the new Gov has created uncertainty which has prevented drilling from proceeding.

I expect drilling to start in December as per AOC's guidance but they will obviously need more time to complete the four wells.

Nugal region has been off bounds due to the territorial dispute and Dharoor drilling has been held up due to political and other reasons. There is just cause for an extension! As I said, I think there will be strict timelines put in place for commencement.
