while both of those scenarios are still possible the Biden admin is clearly NOT rushing to war - preferring to use economic means instead and doing it rather well Bidens efforts to increase supply partly responsible for the falling oil price
wars are gradually going out of fashion - may take a while for recalcitrants like Russia to fall into line but they are in the process of learning that lesson now and China , if they are wise , will learn the lesson without doing it the hard way.
