this is equivalent to 0.4 cents today or pre-consolidation
in other words, at the current 1 cent share price, the fully diluted market cap is $84M
the buyers in the queue at 0.8 today are paying double the capital raising price
those that sold at 1.1 cent today sold at a $92M market cap
