Agree, with a note of caution.I have known similar deals from the same geographical area. Western world companies were strung along by carrot dangling companies with great deals on offer,which never eventuated, until they were on their knees and crippled with debt. Net result being the carrot danglers come in with a cash injection offer and took over the whole company very cheaply. I'm sure that many companies treat business more like warfare, sadly. Ah,h the games some people play.
I guess if it is taken as potential icing on the cake and not a critical component of company expansion, then this possible Chinese deal may be a good thing....
