This selling is artificial in nature. Its classic tax loss selling IMO. People need the loss so they hit the bid. Real issue is the lack of liquidity. The stock has never built a solid following that seems people ready to step in.
That said, its common with micro cap stocks like UCM. Positive is any buying can ramp the stock quickly also.
