Scale of Economy I guess.
UCM's products sound good but either not selling, or the sales volume not good enough to cover the running cost. so slowly burning and loss making. more like a value trap with no one is interested to invest seriously.
Better chance to get out of this, is some other companies to offer and buy it out.
