Honey, all small/micro cap stocks have copped it. One, we have a massive risk of event due to inflation/interest rates which is seeing any non profitable, non cash flow positive companies sold off, we also have year end tax loss selling washing through the market. There was a lot of money made up until 2 months ago so people have gains to offset with losses. So you have artificial selling washing through and lack of liquidity is a killer and UCM has always suffered from this problem.
They are lucky they raised when they did because at least they have cash to ride this out.
