The title calls it a 'Licensing Collaboration' and considering the 4h paragraph mentioning it can be manufactured in an existing foundry, this is supplementary and not a replacement. Whether Sensera ends up manufacturing it or not I don't know, but I don't believe NanoDx are working with any other MEMs foundries atm.
