    How do you get a VP and a CEO of a foreign company to spend an hour on the phone to you?

    I’ve had more than a few one hour business calls and these are usually scheduled ahead of time. I find it difficult to reconcile that amount of time at that level of executive involvement unless there was familiarity with the caller in advance.
