It definitely comes off as overconfident at times and since they are yet to back it up with an EUA, it kinda is. Watching tens of other organisations receive EUAs over the past 8 months, I can't help but think about the sheer amount of money (and opportunity) NanoDx has let slip away by not achieving the EUA yet. Surely at some point the peak of the bell curve is reached and the cost of this endeavour begins to diminish to a point where it is no longer worth the trouble and the resources are better spent elsewhere.
