Beans, no doubt you're right there, but we thought the same back when it crashed to 680, but that won't happen. You'd imagine though that there would have to be a slight retrace as we get to March expiry and it works off its oversold condition.

What seems to give a clue is the gold shares not continuing their roaring gains, and if the stockmarket rallies you'd think that some of the fear trades will come out of the gold market. Then it can roar upwards to 1200+ all while the USD index crashes back down to its real worthless levels.
