What would you consider a good IRR?

In your experience what are the most important variables that can have a dramatic effect on the IRR and which of these variables in recent times would have been most detrimental to a companies bfs if it was done outside of 6 months ago.

You said a little while back that what worried you most(now) was how they were going to fit the project costs into the 2Mtpa bfs bottom line of $80MUS.Can you be a little more specific.Has there been a large increase in the costs for plant/equipment for arguements sake.That is, the type of equipment Gip will require for Abu Dabbab.

Where do you think its likely that this equipment would be sourced?
