Add in the indicators manually with the specifications as set out in the guide..the template file didn't work from that link...

Under View -> toolbars (add them all in, only 3 or so) and you can change timeframes)

If my template doesnt work go:

SAR: Insert -> Indicators -> Trend -> Parabolic Sar

Supertrend: Insert -> Indicators -> Custom -> Supertrend

Adjust the indicator specifications/value as per the guide on the website.
