From memory you remain convinced that there is a possibility that MIC application being submitted might not even make it as an ann. I am struggling with this as I would of thought that at this point in our progression we could do with anything positive. The fact that this MIC has not even been submitted yet could also be a reason why we are not at 15c already. No MIC submission might also infer that no PSA agreement has been reached either.

I am sure I am missing something here but can't put my finger on it
