Not sure about the accuracy of the other things you state, but you belief MSB trades on low volumes is incorrect. MSB trades on very healthy volumes. High volumes for a co with MSB’s market cap.
The SP has wild swings up and down because of expectations in the market being raised and then dashed, up to this point in time. Not because of so called uprampers and downramper affecting the price (which is rubbish anyway).
