Sheep breeding 101 a steep learning curve. Got plenty of Uncles still in the game to learn off but I'm working towards a new breed so scouring the net for out of the box breeders. Have beeen accessing South Aussie breeding stock from a fellow down at Paringa (Genelink). Denis is doing some great work of his own down there with the Meat masters. But I need the insurance of another use for an easy care, low cost breed should the live trade suffer governmental sabotage in the future. That is weed control in orchards, carbon plantings etc etc. Going to take time but hopefully there is reward moving towards that goal.

Raining again here ... 15mm!!! Bloody huey. Oh well, the perennials will soak it up ... might have some crap to store til next year. On farm storage ... the only infrastructure worth investing in on farms atm I reckon ... good luck over there
