OK Alcibiades, I'll give yas one really good positive out of this u havent thought of. In gloomy times, more horse-races are fixed, hypothetically speaking of course, so lotsa available money for them on the track following the smart money.

Bit like the market I guess, but much safer. Remember making more money at the races during mid 70s when I was unemployed for a bit than my salary later when the jobs were available again and i had to scale it back.
