Good morning as always great articles ,,I think that what needs to be addressed by what ever government is in the ability to access some or alot of peoples wealth in their house when retired or about too..this includes me...Yes you have reverse mortgages ,but these are not popular even people selling/promoting them do not talk them up ..If you have a look at any major city house prices have gone up too levels not believed and with a time frame of 20-25 years when retired even accesing half of that wealth will change retirees spending power.lifestyle ,,amagine what it would do to the economy as well,,this would create a industry in itself for advice money management and the like Is it in the to hard basket I have yet to read/see and good ideas maybe you readers have some happy 2018.........
