You and your broker make it all sound so simple and that there should be nothing to worry about.
I’ve never heard of any legal case having been through multiple hearings and also heard in the Supreme Court to be insignificant.
Has anyone with a legal background read the multiple cases and decisions and able to offer an informed view?
