I was alarmed to hear a news report yesterday about the prescribing of anti depressants and antipsychotics in children being increased by up to 50%.
Perhaps in some instances there is no more conservative treatment option, but the awful side effects of most antipsychotic agents are bad enough in adults, let alone a developing child.
Anyone have any thoughts about this?
