At no point did I state that you should return a Marketplace purchase to Kogan. I'm suspicious of businesses that put the fine print on some other part of their domain. How many people read the Customer Charter I wonder? I love how, in the case of a dispute, that it will be adjudicated on by guess who? ...Kogan, of course. No mention that you can take your complaint to an independent umpire, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
I purchased a 55" smart TV from Kogan on Jan 26, to be delivered after March 16, which is fine. However in the last couple of weeks I have received sales messages from Kogan offering the same TV at $20 less than their "special price" with delivery within about two days. I find that unethical. Surely existing orders should be fulfilled first.
