It may very well do stimpy6? but that won't be GLE,s decision, the DoE will own the enriched to natural grade product, if Wilmington wanted the product? then I would presume they will have to bid for it just the same as everyone else will to create a level playing field IMHO.
What some don't realize is that it is the DoE calling the shots here, not GLE, if indeed they get the nod, all they will be doing is providing an enrichment service to the specified level nominated by the DoE, otherwise if it had been GLE calling the shots? then I would presume the Paducah plant would have produced LEU up to 8% why wouldn't they?
