We know when GLE enriches uranium at wilmington there will be a royalty to SLX of ~10% of the enriched uranium price. But, if at Paducah enrichment is on the basis of fee for service - do you have any thoughts on how the royalty will be calculated?
If it is the same % of the service fee only, that will not be very fair to SLX. I suppose ~10% of the natural U hexa-flouride value would be one option.
