Likely they will get valued as rough by a few companies, given the importance of the Fancy Orange/Yellow component it is possible they will polish a selection to obtain a better understanding of the polished. The few Yellows that I have seen in photos appear to be concave cubic in formation rather than traditional octahedral, this is likely to produce a significantly smaller polished stone. The colours range a fair bit also, if Orange is graded as the main colour with yellow or brown secondary colours, it will be a better price than say Brown with a orange secondary!
