This tax payer funded department needs to be examined. Maybe a commission test is required.
They are NOT delivering what their charter requires.
In my recent exposure to ASIC, they have
Nil regard for tax avoidance by corporate / dodgie operators
Nil regard for employers withholding superauation entitlements to employees
Nil regard enforcing pay entitlements per emplyment contracts.
Nil regard to blocking an incorporating a "Phoenix co" to allow more damage to people and their honest hard working , innocent and trusting existence.
