Agree. Let me add a couple: - JS was a $120m man not $100m, probably more. The trouble reached cresendo with the CSA acquisition incident. It started when JS tried to remove two nonex's appointed by majority SH thats left that registry. These two Glencore lackeys and CSA acquisition middle mens have a lot to answer for. JS left the CSA negotiation table because it was a bad deal! and so did AIS (the other CSA suitor at the time) because again...it was a bad deal. JS paid the ultimate price for backing out of the CSA deal. JS had the support of the CFO at the time who also promptly left after JS. The two Glencore lackeys and were left to their own divices and enjoyed being in charge (and the extra $$) of AMI and did further damage.
The silver lining is that JS has done well at PEX. I'm watching that very closely. Solid drilling program and well defined increasing resources.
- You also need to add Nymagee into that mix. With all those fantastic drilling results during the YTC days, I can't believe the resource was written off.
