This document is dated 10 July 2017. AP have made 3 integration stage update announcements since then so presumably they don't think this is a material matter to be concerned about.

I had been thinking about how safe a position Audio Pixels Holdings Limited (the Australian company) was in with regard to the patents which have been assigned to Audio Pixels Limited (the Israeli company). I'm sure with some imagination, scenarios could be envisaged where the Australian holders are left with worthless patents and the riches flow elsewhere.

Luckily, I don't know enough about IP to be able to keep myself awake at night thinking about this.
