Because it's an obvious pump and dump tactic. Because people believe that s*** and end up 'donating' their money to the perpretators of the pump.
It isn't courageous, it's downright vile... what potential upside? where was the comment that the company has pursued CE marking and FDA IDE exemption for the last ten years and has been rejected on each occasion?
