isis will not be dismantled whilst they achieve their purpose to instill terror and perchance they actually do get destroyed they will simply morph into another, most likely more terrible, islamic/nazi group
the middle east will never tolerate any form or type of freedom or democracy that the west enjoys. and the reason we enjoy that freedom is because of the gospel
the democratic buffer you mention already exists in the middle east and that is israel but most want that and the jews therein destroyed.
