What's missing from your anti-Dy diatribe is any sort of sensible math analysis.
Same holds for your anti-BEV and pro-48V mild (fake) hybrid analyses. No math, no logic.
Dy/Tb is going to remain an important NdFeB-enabling metal. The highest temperature grades represent the most valuable applications, like PMSM traction motors for all sorts of transport modalities.
In fact, the locos you were so recently touting require magnets that far exceed natural abundance DyTb of current mining ops.
Not saying you should change your signature line, though, as a little bit of humor is always welcome.
