NdFeB tender is a joke, purely inventory build, same old "head in Uranus" stuff.
Maybe intended as some sort of buffer but six month inventory is akin to the Dutch boy with his finger in the dyke.
Should be something far more meaningful coming re the Metals & Alloys & NdFeB sections shown in the earlier RFI's.
