I don't think Steve King can have been right all the way along as you said cause he has, as I recollect, changed his 40% drop prediction to 10%. He may or may not be right now but he certainly was wrong in the past and the lack of shoe leather post walk evidences his concession.
It would be just as 'correct ' to say he was wrong all the way too :) but I would suggest that it is more appropriate if it was black and white response - he has been wrong all the way.
The people who have invested in property over the last 10-15 years at least have definitely been right....and richer!
