If there is anyone in the Hervey Bay area maybe they can give us some feed back.
Just checking prices and there have been substantial falls there.
Hervey Bay is a good indicator because outer areas are the last to increase but the first to fall, those falls then slowly retreat back to the city.
Suffering from no jobs and a declining tourist market
The signs are obvious, houses that have been renovated now selling at what I guess are less that the original price and also the costs of the renovation, so some investors are hurting.
