    A properly functioning market?

    The market has functioned very well for EDE.

    EDE has managed to raise capital for many years for a number of ventures that, thus far, have barely become marketable

    The ‘disfunctional’ market has given EDE a valuation of $70+ million.

    EDE should be thanking it’s lucky stars for such ‘disfunction’.
