    Just remember - it is ultimately the vendor's choice whether or not he/she wants to accept the offer.

    The vendor is no a child. Nobody else can make that decision for them. There is no gun being held to their head.

    The simply wouldn't have accepted the offer if they didn't believe it was value.

    And no one can argue with that.

    In the end, everyone's a winner :)
