There can be no justification of your actions Loobs nor the actions of the real estate agent, who was supposed to act for the Seller.
Just goes to show the type of grubs there are out there.
What you did by bribing the agent was probably illegal, and was definately morally wrong.
As far as the seller is concerned, your actual negotiating tactic, though brutal, I don't have a problem with as it is a Contract between 2 parties and both have to agree to the terms therein for to be binding.
It was their choice to sell or not, it was their choice to accept an offer with conditions, and in real estate, cars or whatever, the "market price" is exactly that, a price the market determines at the time of sale.
