i dont know what all you people are getting upset over
the very same information can be used by the seller of property
most property is sold with conditions attached and anyone who counts their chickens before they are hatched is not very clever.
i have spoken at length with a mortgage broker about the fantasy land most borrowers live in in regards to their capacity to secure a loan from a bank and the stories are hilarious, so "subject to finance" or subject to anything really means the deal isnt done until the money is in the bank account
